ENCOURAGE YOU TO WEAR THE "RED BADGE OF COURAGE"

THE ENDEAVOR OF MY PROJECT IS TO:

1. Spread Awareness on
 Menstruation, it's physiology, and Menstrual Hygiene Management. I am reaching out to the young girls from weaker socio-economic backgrounds and conducting sessions to enhance their knowledge.

2. Appraise Girls on
Issues that can arise due to poor Menstrual Hygiene, so that they don't have to go through incidents of fatality , infections and diseases

3. Encourage Girls to
Understand that Menstruation is a normal physiological process and nothing to be ashamed of. The monthly process should not stop them from doing any activities that they enjoy and does not make them an outcast. 

4. Break the taboo 
 It's okay to come out and talk about it! Speak up and clear all misconceptions and doubts. Don't feel shy, ashamed.......there's nothing wrong that you've done.

5. Direct them to
Government run schemes on availability of low cost pads.
